We offer 30 day exchange or store credit on every product we offer.
The store on Fort Myers Beach is currently closed due to Hurricane Ian and the phone service is not always working properly.
Please email YourFriend@Leanis.com within 30 days of purchase date for customer service coming directly from Bonita Springs Florida.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your returned item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracking number so you are guaranteed that we will receive your returned item.
